Hi, I’m Monica! I’m a creative spirit at heart with a goofy personality and have been known for shedding a tear or two of pure happiness during a shoot. I live for the candid moments of life and capturing those in-between moments where the world just stops and is eternally frozen in a photograph. My creative style is depicted by the surrounding areas making the background an extra character in any story. From the Salt Flats of Utah to the streets of Dumbo in NYC, my travels have allowed me to admire the beauty of each city as the next backdrop to your story.

In my free time, I can be found attending to my Etsy shop, The Cyano Project. Born during the pandemic, The Cyano Project is made up of my photographic prints developed in cyanotype, an alternate method to develop photographs in a bright indigo hue. Most of my prints are from my travels around the world and of course of my 5-year-old Chihuahua, Coconut.
